Dennis joined the U.S. Air Force not too long after graduating from Edmonds High School. He did his basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas and spent most of the rest of his time near Upper Hayford in England.

When overseas, Dennis was stationed at Upper Heyford, England. While there, he met Dennis Klier. Dennis and Dennis would go on to be lifelong friends.
From the looks of Dennis’ photos, they liked to frequent the Playboy club.

Dennis did another stint with the military during the ’70’s when he was part of the Army National Guard.

While in the Army National Guard, Dennis worked with the Civil Air Patrol as a supply unit. One time there mission was to support the searchers looking for the victims of Ted Bundy.
